“more rewarding and nourishing than pretty much any mainstream music theatre event.”

Sluice and Suzy Q – well past their youth – perform a travelling subterranean indie rock concert accompanied by back up singers and their band, The Peripherals.

Their latest tour brings The Peripherals to Dixon Place, with a new set of songs that tell the stories of people and things that often slip by unnoticed, but when examined more closely provide a window into lives that are unexpectedly deep, colorful, complex, subtle and unique.

Featuring some of The Peripherals’ most beloved songs including “Blackbirds,” “Bunch of Keys,” “Crushpoint,” and “So F***ing What.”
